The concept of “The Hayward Partnership” started out, as a one man band providing Consultancy and Interim Management Solutions to the Travel Catering and Retail sector
With over 28 years of building a successful career within In-Flight Catering and In-Flight Retailing organisations, I faced the enviable choice to continue as a senior executive, or set up my own business.
I chose the latter because the prospect of being involved in projects of interest and working with organisations and people that I respect and admire, was extremely attractive.

There is a huge demand for flexible, short to medium term, expert support in the sector
Often, opportunities had to be turned down because it clashed with prior commitments or I did not have the scale of resource required for the size of the task.
I missed the team aspect of working within a large organisation where I could run ideas past respected colleagues and gain feedback
Discussing my observations with other successful and respected independent consultants operating in the industry, it was apparent that we all shared the same view, and so the evolution of “The Hayward Partnership” was launched.
Simplistically, The Hayward Partnership has evolved into a “Virtual Organisation” of independent experts with shared values. Together, we are a Resource and Knowledge pool. We share expertise, ideas, opportunities and camaraderie. The Partners are selected by invitation only based on reputation, experience, track record, network connections and personality.
Our customers get access to a highly experienced and deeper resource and knowledge pool without the additional central costs of a traditional bricks and mortar consultancy.
