Scott is an experienced Vice President with a demonstrated 30 year history of working in the airlines/aviation/workforce optimisation industry.

He has a strong operational background professionally skilled in Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Labour Negotiations, Aviation Regulatory, Software systems, Payroll, FRMS, and Crew & Employee Scheduling Logistics.

He has developed an in-depth knowledge of international markets, country specific laws, outstations, software systems and cultures and has worked extensively in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Canada

He has built worldwide airline connections through his role promoting leading crew resources / workforce management optimisation solutions and implementations for a leading high end software provider.  

Nominated for Ontario Government College Premier Awards in 2018 in Business. Recipient of Distinguishing Alumni Award from Georgian College Board of Governors in 2019.
