The Hayward Partnership supported a major catering organization to deliver a complex airline catering tender for a global aviation group spanning 5 continents.

 

A team of 4 partners were assigned to the task for a duration of 3.5 months.

 

Outputs included project management, data gathering and analysis, commercial and strategic evaluation, contractual review, and internal and external presentations.
