The Hayward Partnership supported an Asian law firm to provide industry expert opinion and testimony for an international airline who were in a multi-million dollar dispute with a major service provider. 

 

A team of 2 THP Partners were appointed and our instructions included providing expert opinion on catering services in the aviation industry, pricing methodology and contractual best practice.

 

The appointment was for 10 months and outputs included a detailed review of all relevant documentation, a written expert report and presentation and verbal witness testimony to an International Court of Arbitration.
