Michelle has been in the travel industry for 3 decades working at a senior level for Airlines, Rail Operators and Suppliers to the industry. She is a strategic business professional who has a vast amount of experience across numerous disciplines from customer facing product and solutions to warehousing, logistics and systems.  A fast thinker who thrives on a challenge, Michelle has had a successful career identifying gaps in the market using research and her knowledge to really make a difference. 

 

Michelle has created and implemented many changes throughout her career from designing and re-launching commercially viable new customer propositions, to airline startups, rail franchise transitions to designing, setting up and managing insourcing solutions.   

 

In her last role at Tourvest Retail Services, Michelle was responsible for the customer retail proposition for 6 airlines in the UK and overseas as well as developing a new ecommerce and pre-order proposition and heading up the Business Development Team, writing tenders and creating and delivering compelling sales pitches.

 

A great communicator who cultivates solid relationships at all business levels building and inspiring teams to deliver against tight deadlines and challenging market conditions. By using her knowledge and experience Michelle can work cross functionally, breaking down barriers and providing robust innovative solutions that transform businesses and drive continuous improvement across multiple stakeholders
